From Dagobert, who has been one of our suppliers for many years, we have here a special edition of a Riesling from some of the best vineyards. Riesling "Racines et Terroirs" is made from 100% Riesling, but the grapes used come from 4 different soils. Marl bottom, lime bottom, clay bottom and sand bottom, as the label also shows. The wine goes perfectly with fish and shellfish and should be enjoyed at 8-10 degrees. Enjoy
